The "De Blovios" of the west coast will just hire PB-Bechtel-Tutor right back. Patronage has gone into the culture, in the blood, like the Camorra in Campania or the Mafia in Siciia.

In the quantum world bad things come at you seemingly out of nowhere. Just watch the tv news. But occasionally there seems to be a kind of quantum Greek "necessity" that produces good things. Ergo no matter how much BART-MTC machinated for decades to destroy Caltrain and to prevent a modern electric rail system to compare to their ghetto bizarrorail we have catenary and Stadlers on the way to the Peninsula courtesy of CAHSR. Just a chance now Caltrain might knock out BART in the second bay tube sweepstakes.
