If you don't have enough clout to get the voters or legislators or the HSR Board to listen to you, you might want to go to one of the open houses and get your concerns on record. Or use any other means (letters etc.) related to them to comment. While it's possible (even likely) that your comments would be blown off as not relevant to the questions being discussed, they will be in the public record and could be referenced by others who DO have the clout to talk about policy changes.
After all, they *are* your tax dollars at work so you might as well get some entertainment from that. Who knows, they might have bad coffee and Costco cookies if consultants are running the show?
