Are we sure this isn't a model railroad club made up of a bunch of guys who are building an imaginary east-west connection to Eureka, who are just "punking" everybody with this parody of a "real" RR?

Nice donation... Interesting bio's.... No apparent experience with the RR business or transportation, except some related interest in wanting to develop something in the port...

And, other than this "stroking of the locals" to build up some local good will, they've done what, in any relation to "reality" to make any of this happen?

Are they asking to issue bonds like Virgin, yet?
