Yes, SMART needs to get their financial house in order. That's unquestioned. Hopefully they can convince the voters to give them a chance to do that. The alternative is not only cutting service to the point of making the line irrelevant for transportation purposes, but also wasting money on bond payments that could be reduced. Other places have done it; we'll see if SMART can pull it off.

GGT still has a role to play. It's no longer the only game in town. Yes, we understand that. Also not relevant, very much, to the subject of refinancing the bonds.
