Wine trains or excursion trains whatever would only happen if the voters decide to shut down SMART once it reaches Windsor, doing this in order to spite Debra Fudge for the nasty things she said about San Rafael.

Look, SMART cannot run six trains a time on their system. Without six trains running you'll never have complete, as-promised, commute service. If SMART cannot figure out a way to do this they should be shut down. The peoples of Marin should put on an orange wig and say: "You're fired" to the SMART train and then let GGRM lease the tracks for pennies on the dollar.

To Debra Fudge of Windsor: your sick ideas about San Rafael and how SMART saved San Rafael are just that: totally sick.
