Wow, you have photos published?

It seems our FAVORITE fireman is now patting himself on the back because he's had photos published in railfan magazines and books. Impressive!
That track record is pretty much equivalent to your vast steam experience. You've been playing 1:1 scale fireman for decades. How many miles have you run--maybe 25,000? If we're generous and allow you 50,000 miles, you've still got about the same amount of experience that a full-time man from the 40s or 50s accumulated in a year or two, TOPS. As I stated elsewhere, that's hardly an expert fireman and it certainly isn't grounds for being the arrogant man you are.
It's hard for me to believe that you actually sat in the same cab at Bob Krieger. He actually ran the damn things and seems one of the nicest guys to ever come down the line. And he was a CAREER engineer!
You? Showed up at game time, kept water over the crown sheet, and treated volunteers and anyone else "unworthy" of your respect like garbage. Also--working for a locomotive manufacturer ain't exactly working for the railroad. If that was the case, employees at Pullman-Standard, Thrall, Union Switch & Signal and any other industry supplier would be railroaders too. Close but no cigar...
You name will be noted by the small number of people who view those photos in the future, but I'll wager that a far larger number of people will be exposed to your toxic web presence. You may not believe it, but your attitude does far more damage to rail preservation efforts than your steam service or publication assistance ever will.
