The reason why some buildings going back to the Romans still exist is that they were using materials that is rather corrosion-resistant. You won't find any prestressing cables or other metal parts (except from rather recently) in the Pont du Gard…

That said, concrete and steel bridges need constant surveillance and maintenance. Of course, if that can be guaranteed, yeah, the bridge could live a long time.
