Fake News "Richard" Strikes Again

More fake news from nwprr.net. There's a network of people with the name "Richard" there that post a lot of fake news. Suspicion is that they are all the same person. Another "Richard" posted that SMART was running trains to Larkspur...more fake news. The Larkspur trains aren't supposed to start until 8/23.

The Richard who had this "implanted memory" of 2472 at Larkspur also recently discovered the existence of a Tiburon branch and also was leading an inquiry into whether the Tuolomne was stolen by vandals in Windsor. He's likely the owner of the other troll accounts there, too.
