UP1996-SP commemorative staged for east from Oakland

UP 1996 is 3rd back facing forward for an eastbound run at some point tonight.
Maybe a very long MOARV. Under new PSR this train is running over 10,000 feet long.
I see there was s fire at the prime mover. Paint damage on engineers side.
But only minor. It is an SD70 so turbo fires are rare on a Cadillac.
Tonight’s leader is UP9907
