This is an on again, off again thing. The property is privately owned and surroundings are being swallowed by housing development from Dayton. Although Sutro did plan a town below the site the historic setting has largely disappeared. The website seems to be associated with the Warm Springs Prison Site the state has set aside for historic preservation.
