The RVJ museum was offered something like $100,000 in 1997 by the first wind mill project people to fix up the track so the turbines could be brought in by rail to the set up sight. However the board of directors said no and the wind turbines were off loaded in Sacramento and trucked down to Birdslanding for set-up.
