False news from the management at Cheyenne. If anything, they have worn treads, which would eventually lead to high flanges and thin wheel rims.
They have an odd size wheel which is not

That was Ed Ellis, in order to re-wheel any number of his E Units. The UP elected NOT to purchase any of those 36" diameter wheels.
