1) There were words between the joint and the museum bod (one person at each end). Hurt feelings at one end have snuffed out "progress" - it's political (in case you missed the lack of names to protect the guilty) .

2) There are some corrections to track geometry (the folks that the joint hired to do grade crossings must have been holding the chart upside down in at least one case) . Not a big deal to correct. It's just money (see above #1 and tell the joint to stop crying) .

3) All parts are on hand at the museum to complete the project in short order (including the new switch) .

Not much reason to care since other fires are burning at the museum .
