BNSF 3rd trackwork crossing at Rosecrans

Appears overpass or no BNSF is starting work to install the 3rd (future #1 ?) track at Rosecrans near La Mirada / Norwalk CA.

Wokcres tearing up sidewalk yesterday. They have already tamped and aligned most of the non crossing parts of the newish track.
