The Trestle was replaced with a modern steel & concrete structure. The PNWR probably would NOT have replaced it as not necessary for operations but per the lease agreement with the SP/UP the line had to be repaired to operating status.

Rex Hill is mothballed(from Sherwood to Newberg), the line is in place. With the Mill in Newberg closed not sure how much traffic even comes out of McMinnville toward Newberg.
