Since the closure of the old ex-General Mills plant, didn't a new company purchase the facility and renovate it for the production of custom cement fabrication products?

If yes (ass per an article I think I was read in the DR newspaper), is the CFNR spotting any inbound product loads and/or taking out any finished product by way of the lone branch line to & from the facility or is everything into & out of the facility done via barge service?

Also, is the CFNR providing any service to any remaining companies located on the old ex-Mare Island base or did the developer run every bit of business out of the Mare Island complex?
