SMART locks it's Cal Park tunnel over night. I'm not sure why. Certainly keeps it from becoming a hobo hotel. This is Larkspur-San Rafael tunnel.

Why does the NWP care about a grade crossing in Santa Rosa? Would they have to pay for upkeep somehow?
