I'm surprised the PUC administrative law judge ruled in favor of the City over both railroad's objections. Guess they don't have the same pull as the Class 1s do.

The stupid thing is at one point the city had $8.1 million from an ATP grant to build a pedestrian overcrossing there. They gave the money up in 2015.
