Strange coincident...saw a 50 flat car military train come down on Bamberger through Bountiful and then happened to be in Oakland and see the same train coming down from Rockridge used to have photos of both.. Eastbounnd freights waited at Temescal a half hour to keep the power bill down... then if very long...doubled to Havens. You've likely seen pictures of the colapsed Lisbon trestle with string of cold rolled reduction rolls of steel from Geneva Utah headed for U.s. Steel Pittsburg... If you look long enough you'll see other pictures of long freights..with one motor up front..
