Opinions on this new grain hopper?

Something about this car bugs me. The grain chutes seem low and don't taper in towards the center of the car.

On bad track railroads of the 1970's (Penn Central, Milwaukee) I could see this car scraping asphalt at grade crossings as the cars rocked side to side.

Hope my concerns are invalid.
