Remember that there is a high octane pineline that comes down the old San Ramon branch, turns west around Radum and follows the SP ROW through P'town to approximately Sunol where it heads south to SJ. Building on or over the pipeline is not permitted. The possibility of reestablishing the SP ROW is possible with some use of the Stanley Blvd ROW. It does seem unlikely that P'town would wind up with 2 stations on two lines in P'town. How would they know where to park their Beemers and Yukons?
