Hueneme Harbor District owns the track and Engines. G&W just supplies the crew and
the stupid looking bright orange caboose #100. Old VC flats beyond 40 years old are
on the property and will be scrapped soon. Rick Palato used to use them as shoving platforms
to ride on to the base and So.Oxnard with a pack set with Ted or Gee Pina running the Engine.
I think Jesus (kevin) ran engines high on weed back then before Snowman( Ron Baker) showed up.

The VC is a real SH*Thole now. The Navy base needs serious upgrading.
