Why would any company choose to be based in Silicon Valley??

High taxes, too many regulations, hostile business environment, high property costs, high utilities, congestion, very very high housing costs, homeless invading, and high crime
You can go to another state and cut all you costs by 2/3's, ship your product by truck, rail or plane
