To my knowledge the only activity in the yard in the last seven years has gone something like this.
Winter 2012/2013: Yreka Western management arranged to have a bunch of loaded propane tank cars stored on McCloud, only about a half dozen got hauled up towards McCloud before that arrangement abruptly ended and UP hauled the cars elsewhere. One of the high cube paper service boxcars was used in the move, it remained in the Mt. Shasta yard.
Fall 2013: Williams Group sold a ballast hopper to Frontier Rail, Frontier used their Brandt truck to move two ballast hoppers to Mt. Shasta where they use parts from one to get the other serviceable, then UP hauls the other one off to Lake Railway.
Circa 2014: At some point UP grabs the hi cube boxcar and shoves the ballast hopper deeper into the yard.
Fall 2015: UP drops an old MR bulkhead flatcar into the upper end of the yard. I don't think these cars were ever used on McCloud, they were a series owned by GE Capital (now Wells Fargo) that carried MR reporting marks. About the time UP did the major track modifications in Mt. Shasta someone coupled the ballast hopper and flatcar together and shoved them to the very end of MR tracks above Alma Street.
October 2016: MR 37 runs to the yard, it sits there until picked up around March 2017 to be moved to South Dakota.
Unless UP has incidentally used the yard for MOW or other temporary storage that's all I know that's been in the yard.
