Could've been.
All I can tell you is that SP crews set out specific units for Levin in the 23rd Street Yard for the Santa Fe to take over to the Point. The reason given was that the backlog of units was interfering with the normal interchange of cars in the yard between SP, Santa Fe and Parr Terminal Railroad. I can't say for certain whether Santa Fe ever brought them back to 23rd Street.
