Judging from the Toad's website, the conversion from coal to fuel oil is a lukewarm success. Sounds like they can't keep 4014 hot enough to let it do all the work. And UP tried this conversion with UP 4005, and same results back in the 1940's. So, we got a partially working locomotive for blowing the whistle.
