Definitely the fake news hunting media is looking to add more drama to an unfortunate event.

In the case of the Engineer, he probably isnt represented by BLET or UTU/SMART, is he? I think UTA might be to cheap to let them operate in a Union environment, unless the FrontRunner is operated by Amtrak? Then it might be a better umbrella of protection for the hoghead before releasing an "honest man's statement"?
