If we're going to contradict synonymouse's logic-free commentary, we need to at least make sure it's done with facts.
What is a fact to contradict his comment that "[o]f course PB lied en they claimed Tehachapi was safer", is that our knowledge of the Garlock fault at the time of the PB study was different than what we know today. That doesn't mean that "PB lied" or that synonymouse's preferred Tejon route is safer than the Tehachapi route.
