Hey Mouse, consider this: #1. BART. Inspects the tunnels every night for the smallest leak. All trains going thru the tunnel are closed.#2 NO opportunity fo debris or any flammable material. #3. Third (hot) rail is covered.

So has does debris get in a position on the rails to burn on the tacks? Holy Cow! We can have a fire in the tube!
