Uh why don't you talk to a lot of employees that work for UP, they will tell you how happy they are that this thing parading around all over the system when nobody seems to know if they will have a job tomorrow or not. This includes TEY, MOW, Mechanical, Managers, Clerks etc etc etc....

Most locomotives that come out of the shop after a total rebuild run properly, especially after a rebuild was hyped up for years before its completion.
