New Siding on UP Spokane Sub

UP is building a new siding on the Spokane Subdivision (former Spokane International) at MP 132 which is about 10 miles south of the Canadian border at Eastport, ID. It's a long siding on concrete ties. It's also signaled although the signals aren't CTC signals. It looks like the switches are set up for remote control through the train radio. While I was there someone was keying up some tones and the switch responded with a recorded radio announcement. So I guess the signals are mostly to show the switch position.
Just for clarity, the Spokane Sub has CTC from the BNSF connection at Napa St in Spokane to around MP34, the north switch at Garwood (which is a siding that entered service last year). The rest of the line is dark except for the BNSF crossing in Sandpoint and just north of Bonners Ferry there are signals connected to a slide detector.
There is a paved county road that crosses the track just north of the north switch and runs along the west side of the track. There used to be a couple of crossings for access to houses on the east side of the track but those have been removed. UP built a new gravel road from the county road alongside the east side of the track so the houses have road access and they can park trains on the siding without cutting crossings.
Right now the new switches are installed and the track is complete except for ballasting.
I don't know what UP intends to call this new siding.
