Yes, I am gone. No more passenger trains, no more concert trains and no more beer trains.

I am cash strapped and cannot mortgage anything else.

I was on a good run. I didn't pay any taxes or even with holding taxes. All that cash went to ? I stiffed vendors and suppliers who were generous in offering me credit even when I knew they would never get paid.

What happens now? Well IPH is barely alive, and almost dead. I expect the overseer in the courts will trim payroll and expenses in a good try to resurrect something out of this mess.

Was it a good run? Yes
Did I screw dozens of creditors out of cash? A BIG YES!!!!!!!!!!
Did I know how to run a railroad? NEVER
Did I use other people's money to feed my ego by having me strum my guitar on stage? For sure.

I surrounded myself with yes men (and women counting my daugheter's short time as GM which she screwed up more than even I could!). So let's see if the half dozen or so of senior managers can prove they can turn this turd around without my insistence that we run passenger trains first!

My plans are to write a book on how to steal money and use it to support your own hobby.
