The closed Hinkle as a hump yard and now flat switch over the hump. Moved switching to yards
that Hinkle replaced that haven't been maintained and now they scramble to fix the the yards up to handle the switching. In Spokane trains have to shove 3 miles into the old MILW yard
to get switched.
