The article was about transportation, not poop, piss or drugs. This is a transportation discussion forum.

Obviously you are so obsessed with people's poop and piss and bashing San Franciscans, that you do not have the ability to or interest in discussing transportation issues.

Of course problem is not working. The question is whether a solution works. There is a shortage of transit operators. The solution is to find more money to hire more transit operators. Because a separate, transportation-related source of funding is being found, the City will not have to dig into its general fund to hire more transit operators. The money in general fund can be used to address the City's non-transportation issues.

How much of the country have you visited to claim that "the whole country laughs at [San Francisco]? In recent years, I've traveled to Altoona PA, Chicago, Cleveland, Denver, Erie, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Seattle, Washington, DC. In none of those places did I hear or see anyone laugh at San Francisco.
