I think the that the reconstruction money would have restraints as to track standards, drainage,
etc that would preclude the historical recreation. I know our grant money on the depot has had
some definite strings aka receipts and strict adherence to the scope and purpose of the grant. On
the paved crossing I want to say that was like 1972 or so when that was put in. This whole thing
has had more stops and starts than a Metrolink train.
