When RR's get mad they hire "Security" patrols (rent-a-cops) Guys and gals in trucks come along and tell you railfans you can't take photos.

SA (special agent) has hundreds of miles to cover. UP's SA base in LA is less than a mile from 4th St yard and you have all seen what goes on there.
