So, now, way down in the 16th post mouse admits that "there was no attempt to stop.."

I don't actually think this is mouse because he is no longer blaming evil SMART. But, if it is, it is about damn time he wakes up to the fact that it isn't always the train's fault.

The motorcyclist never even tried to miss the train or hit the brakes. He went around a long line of stopped cars, ran a red light a block away and went the wrong way down the street until running into the side of the 2nd car in the train. This means the train was over 1/2 way through the crossing before the bike even got there. Finally, the train wasn't moving "at a high rate of speed". It was coming to a stop at the Santa Rosa North station and probably wasn't going more than 30-35 mph.

Get your facts straight before you start pounding on your keyboard....
