Let's see ... how long ago was the cost estimate for the extension to Windsor
prepared?

What could have come up in a short time to boost the cost by 30%?

Makes you realize that their cost estimate for the extension to Cloverdale ($364 MM)
is probably also understated.

Does anyone else think it's time for Farhad Mansourian to be removed?

And if you are paying attention, this week the "new schedule" (to Larkspur) will
be disclosed. That's when the public will realize the connectivity to the ferry
was and is a hoax. Trains arrive every 32 minutes according to Farhad's memo to the
SMART Board. Check the departure schedule for the Larkspur ferry.

$55 MM for the hoax, sponsored by Congressman Jared Huffman.

Meanwhile those currently taking shuttle buses (route 31) from downtown San Rafael
will discover that the trip (including the walk from Larkspur Landing the Ferry bldg)
will take far longer than the shuttle buses timed to meet departing ferries
and dropping passengers off at the bldg. Too bad GGT will be canceling the 31 buses
the day rail service to Larkspur begins.
