Grand Canyon Railway locomotive questions

Was passing through Williams Arizona and saw from as close as I could get an Alco S-4 and EMD NW-2 binoculars didn't reveal any identifying numbers or markings anyone know the background of these two also in this junk line was a Black Mesa and Lake Powell unit who knows what this is here for?
