I wouldn’t say BART causes crime. But it is definitely the vehicle that allows Transportation disadvantaged Criminals To travel city to city.

A direct result of an under staffed and lax police dept. buckling to PC Culture. And that most of the route travels thru Slums connecting other Slums.
