step a: Click on Reply to this Message..
right below the Box "Enter code:" you will see:
B, U, I, abc, x2, x2, TT, center, Mountain/Sun (InsertImageURL), WorldLink (InsertURL),

Click on the Mountain Sun icon and the URL photo box will pop up.
Make sure that you don't have a Pop Up blocker program or the box won't come up.
