Ummmmm....what "big mill" in Wendel? Only industrial facility anywhere near there is the small co=generation plant a few miles to the northeast that burns wood waste to make electricity, I'm not sure from where they get the waste but as far as I know they've never received anything by rail. Same for the ag shipper south of Alturas, I think it's been a long, long time since they shipped or received anything.
