Re: Bluff's bypass tunnel, now new number one "real" intercity passenger funding "priority"...?
One of several places along the LOSSAN line where something will have to be done to deal with sea level rise and its consequences. As one of the shorter relocations (tunnel or otherwise), it has some potential to be funded absent a wholesale realignment of transportation priorities. And of course it's nothing new. It'll be interesting, though, to see what the property owners at the top of the cliff do once the train moves and they become responsible for their own cliff protection.
