I've had a few fine meals at Vic Stewart's in past years, so I wouldn't be surprised if it won an award or two. The Pullman car was built into the side of the restaurant and was available for dining. Note the newspaper article is from last year, but I've heard recently that the car is still slated for preservation. Other than being a vintage heavyweight, I don't think there's anything really special about it.
