And, like Wells Fargo, where the executives who authorized and conducted 3 million counts of identity theft to commit bank fraud, no one at the top, the folks who authorized and profited form these activities, has been indicted.

Boeing appears to have engaged in a criminal conspiracy to lie to the FAA, and then to lie to and withhold information from the investigators, and had known about this control "fly by wire" problem, even before the first crash.

Boeing apparently did so because it's senior management were apparently more interested in meeting quarterly stock price targets, on which their bonus's are based, and by covering up the 737 problem, with numerous false assurances (nuttin's to see here...), they kept Boeing stock up, and got their stock bonuses.

For this ethical worldview, we can thank on 40 years of the amoral atheistic Ayn Rand philosophy of worshipping selfishness and greed, and teaches that you should have no moral or even legal obligations to anyone else, if it benefits you. Thou shall steal, thou shall lie, all okay, as long as it benefits you. Which is so popular in so many of America's MBA programs...

Boeing's management clearly worshipped short term greed over there moral and legal obligations to others, and has managed to violate thou shall not bear false witness (lie), and thou shall not steal, and as a result, even thou shall not kill, just to violate that first commandment.

Boeing in covering up this known problem with the Feds, also hid this "bad" news from it's "owners" when it also lied about this and misled it's investors, knowingly and falsely representing thee real risks and issues after the first crash. In this, they've likely committed yet another financial crime, and they've cost those stockholders billions in lost value and earnings. And, we see how well that's worked out...

Those who also conspired to commit these felonies, and in most states, if you'd killed 346 people as a result of a criminal conspiracy and multiple felonies, that would be either manslaughter or 2nd degree murder in most states.

This company is being run by criminals, just as Well Fargo was... If you walked into a Walmart and gunned down 346 people, or you weren't 7 or 8 figure CEO, and stole 3 million social security numbers to open up false accounts to commit bank fraud, do you think you'd be walking the streets?

This nation is in big trouble, as the rule of law, has been replaced by the rule of money, and as we have seen with this example..."what can possibly go wrong?"...

A death toll of 346, the company down billions in valuation and profits, billions in lawsuits, billions in lost sales, tens of thousand of layoffs in suppliers, reduced shipments on the MRL, and then, of course< layoffs that "will" have to occur at Boeing.

Now, I know that some of you will tell me: "but, EVIL BOB, Boeing says it isn't going to lay off anyone (at Boeing) over this"....

To which I'd answer: At this point, why would you believe the promise of a known liar, displaying repeated unethical self serving behavior, like Mulally?

Yeah right... Ten thousand folks making nothing that is bringing in NO revenues or profit, will continued be paid to show up and stand around for how long do you think?

I can understand why he's not in jail, he's rich and privileged, and the "corporation" did it, it wasn't him... And, didn't Southern Pacific v Santa Clara in the Supreme Court establish that corporations are people... So I guess we'll have to arrest the company for 346 counts of manslaughter, right?

But, given the scale of the disaster Mulally's reign has created for the Boeing stockholders, I'm kind o surprised they haven't at least given him the Chase style 8 figure "golden handshake" to get rid of him, before he does a really big "Ed Ellis" at Boeing.

Nobody will go to jail, for as the FAA scandal on giving this company a "pass" on these planes airworthiness and safety confirms, if you have the money, we clearly have the best "gubmint" that money can buy...

Remember back when most folks still understood that some of these pesky rules, laws, and ethical teachings were there to protect us, not just from each other, but from ourselves?

This is another great example of America's new "zero" accountability culture.
