Good points for me to consider. I’m not from the state, so my comments above were shooting from the hip and basically ignorant. But there ought to be a way to enforce lawful behavior to protect innocent people and protect the natural environment from their chemical fertilizers and what not. Sounds like there could be meth labs out here too??
