"How are your cards, over?"

Have been hearing Helena Yard ask incoming train crews this question for about 6 months now.
Thought at first this was hours of service related as these cards have an expiration time. Now thinking it has something to do with motive power as a train yesterday called the roundhouse to get their cards updated. Anyone?
