Your Best Estimate of Traffic Levels in 2019?

While a complicating factor is the PSR craze, was wondering how much of a decline in traffic you have seen in your area. The MRL had seemed immune from the downturn due to all of the coal and grain traffic they have, but train frequency has really seemed to have dropped off this Fall.
