The only source of "MSM" online or otherwise that I expose myself to is NPR and occasionally RT at arms length, usually only when they have George Galloway or Chris Hedges on.

When young white guys in high school get told by counselors that they can't qualify for any scholarships precisely because they're white, what do you call that? Sounds like bona fide racism. Who's responsible for the policies that allow a PUBLIC school to so blatantly tell an otherwise qualified student such a thing?
