Those snooty EMD's

Yep, I'm talkin' about those "snoot" nose SD40T-2 locos. I read EMD lengthened nose to give room outside the cab for locotrol (or whatever brand name) radio transmitter/receiver equipment.

1. Is there a "snoot" in preservation and does it by chance have the RCE equipment intact?

2. Did the SP put any lettering on the outside of the loco to indicate it was RCE equipped?

3. Outa curiosity, what is the horn on 8321 below?
